"It takes money to make money"!  That's what my father always said.

 

I would like to amend my father's truism by adding,

 

"It takes money to GIVE money also"!

 

 

His other little gem was, "There's no such thing as a FREE lunch."   As usual, my Father was correct!  When you receive your FREE lunch (or other gift) someone, somewhere, has paid, or sacrificed something, to provide for you.  These selfless humanitarian acts are the backbone of civilizations, the roots that nurture a society, the living heart of any community.

 

Sponsors are the Reason that we can promise 100% of all the Donations will go to the Ronald McDonald House Charities San Diego.    Even though the For Masyn campaign crew is all volunteers and the Eagles Aerie 3973 is covering all costs for meeting space, storage, electricity, on-site internet service, and etcetera; there are always certain expenses.  Some of the major expenses include printing of Posters, Flyers, contact cards, and thank You tickets.  There is also some advertising costs, unavoidable operating expenses and other business & community daily expenditures.  There is No Free Lunch indeed!

 

This page is dedicated to the super heroes of the For Masyn campaign.  It could never be a complete list of the myriads of people and entities who are giving of their time, talents, goods, services, and finances.  Part of the reason for this lack of completeness is the very nature of altruistic people;  it is often their desire to retain a certain amount of anonymity!  So, as you peruse through this list of our financial backers, know that for every one person or entity mentioned there are tens and even hundreds of others who will remain anonymous.
